Shi Eun is the Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Beach House Pictures, bringing more than eight years of experience across fintech, technology, media, and financial services throughout APAC and the United States. A dual-qualified attorney admitted in both New York and Korea, she combines expertise in legal, regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters with a practical, business-oriented approach. She has also passed all sections of the U.S. CPA examination.

At Beach House Pictures, Shi Eun oversees legal and business affairs across the company’s productions, partnerships, commercial negotiations, and strategic initiatives. She plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth across international markets while navigating complex cross-border legal and regulatory considerations.

Prior to joining Beach House Pictures, Shi Eun served as Head of Legal at an AI fintech company, where she led legal strategy across fundraising, product development, and cross-border regulatory matters. She also held legal and compliance roles at JPMorgan and X (formerly Twitter) in Singapore. At JPMorgan, she advised on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, while at X she supported platform legal and policy issues, content compliance matters, and complex cross-jurisdictional issues across APAC.
