
Jacqueline Chan
Executive In-Charge of Production
As EIC, Jacqueline oversees manpower and workflow efficiency across all of BHP and it’s productions, as well as key aspects of company-wide management and operational matters, reporting directly to Jocelyn and Donovan. Jacqueline has more than two decades of experience in production management and the financing of content, both in Australia and Singapore. She has worked on international co-productions with partners in Europe, China and North America on scripted dramas, 2D and 3D long form animation, as well as documentaries. Working to further Singapore’s initiatives of developing local animation and entertainment capability, Jacqueline established Southern Star Singapore (an Endemol Shine subsidiary) and, as their General Manager, produced award winning titles such as “The Adventures of Bottle Top Bill”, “Bananas In Pyjamas”, “Hi-5”, “Hairy Legs” and “A Gurls Wurld”. In other engagements, Jacqueline has consulted on turnaround initiatives, financing and structuring strategies as well as systems implementations for SME businesses. Jacqueline has been recognised for her success at bringing together diverse talent to deliver quality programming on time and on budget. Her diverse experience within the industry has seen Jacqueline invited to contribute and adjudicate on various panels and committees.
