We are looking for an experienced Colourist to join our dynamic team of post-production professionals.
Candidates should have a proven track record in premium long form colour grading across a spectrum of content genres for major international platforms and broadcasters.
Thorough knowledge and experience of DaVinci Resolve is a must along with strong technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of post-production workflows and formats.
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, team player with great communication and time management skills and a genuine passion and flare for colour grading.
EDITOR
FREELANCE / FULL-TIME
Candidates should have a flair for great story telling, a keen eye for visual detail, strong technical abilities and a minimum of 3 years of experience editing TV content ideally for major international broadcasters and streamers.
Experience working in multiple genres such as factual, reality, kids, lifestyle, natural history and branded is a plus as is experience editing across languages. Competency in Adobe Premiere is essential and knowledge of other post production software is an advantage.
PRODUCER / DIRECTOR

We are looking for exceptional PD candidates – in the independent, self-starter mould - who have the ability to curate a vision across everything from story direction, research, character development, interview shooting/producing, archive assembly and directing a DOP.
In this role, you will be involved in some of the most ground-breaking programmes across multiple genres produced for the international market. You will have to showcase your strong story-telling abilities, be great with contributors, highly motivated, editorially strong and able to work quickly and efficiently.
The ability to competently self-shoot is a plus as is a desire to innovate visual techniques and camera tech. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and credits with A-list broadcasters.
RESEARCHER / WRITER

The right candidate possesses the ability to crystallize research ideas and materials into riveting story arcs. We are looking for candidates who thrive on challenges and are able to take pressure in their stride. An outgoing personality is a must in addition to great interpersonal skills.
A highly enquiring mind is an absolute asset and a background in journalism a plus. Candidates should have at least 2 year’s experience working in television on broadcast projects ideally for international channels.
PRODUCTION MANAGER

The Production Manager is an organized and resourceful leader, possessing strong problem solving skills, organisational and time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. Responsible for organizing the financial, logistical and human resource elements of our productions, the successful candidate must be detail oriented, diligent and hardworking, a strong communicator and able to work well individually or as part of a team.
This role requires at least three years of industry experience ideally working on international productions.
